OPTIONAL NO FAULT WARRANTY (MUST BE PURCHASED ON MANUFACTURER’S ORIGINAL INVOICE)

 

*NOT AVAILABLE FOR COMMERCIAL USE VEHICLES, DIESEL POWERED APPLICATIONS, OR MODIFIED VEHICLES* This No Fault Warranty is supplemental to the Limited Warranties, and is not a warranty in itself, nor does it waive or modify any exclusions or limitations in the Limited Warranties, except as specifically stated in this No Fault Warranty.

 

ADDED BENEFITS:

*INCREASED LABOR COVERAGE-Up to $70.00 per hour ($25.00 per hour for self-installed units)

*TOWING COVERAGE-Up to a maximum of $100 per occurrence *RENTAL CAR COVERAGE-Up to $35.00 per day for a maximum of 10 days

*FLUIDS-Replacement of fluids when necessary at time of repairs reimbursed at up to $25.00 ($50.00 for synthetics)

*NO FAULT COVERAGE-Free parts or replacement unit for the 1 st failure when the Limited Warranties claim is denied

 

The terms of this No Fault Warranty are coextensive with the Limited Warranties that cover the remanufactured engine, transmission, transfer case, or differential to which this No Fault Warranty plan applies.

 

TERMS: Gas engines, automatic transmissions, manual transmissions, transfer cases, and differentials for private use passenger cars, light trucks and vans under 1-ton are covered for a period of 3 years/unlimited mileage (Excludes Diesel Applications). Labor on approved repairs shall be reimbursed at up to $70 per hour for units installed at legitimate repair facilities, and at $25 per hour for self-installed units, based upon the ALLDATA® labor guide. Diagnostic time shall be reimbursed at up to 2 hours labor on authorized repairs. The No Fault Warranty when applicable will cover the repair or replacement of the unit free of charge, and labor coverage will be paid regardless of reason for failure. No Fault warranty coverage is limited to the first time failure of the unit only. Parts authorized, but not supplied by the manufacturer, shall be reimbursed at original acquisition cost. Towing will be reimbursed at up to a maximum of $100.00 per occurrence. Car rental will be reimbursed up to $35.00 per day base daily rental fee excluding taxes and surcharges for a maximum of 10 days. Fluids will be reimbursed up to $25.00, or up to $50.00 for transmissions requiring synthetics. All warranty claims are pending return and analysis of the failed parts or assemblies.

 

EXCLUSIONS: Products used for racing or any other form of competition, or products installed into a different application than their original intended use are excluded from any coverage under this plan. Payment will not be made for any unauthorized repairs and/or replacements.

 

CUSTOMER/INSTALLER RESPONSIBILITIES: Installation guidelines and maintenance requirements as outlined in LIMITED WARRANTIES plan must be strictly followed or this NO FAULT coverage will be null and void.
